Matrix Recruitment are seeking to recruit-Engineering Maintenance Support Lead for our well-established client, based in the Waterford area.

This is a permanent position with a shift allowance and bonus.

You will plan & execute preventive and reactive maintenance programmes and lead a group of technicians on shift.  Technical knowledge/employee supervision, and development are key aspects of the job.

Your new job

Key duties & responsibilities:

• Implement preventative maintenance programmes.  

• Monitor and drive improvements in the effectiveness of all maintenance activities.

• Develop training plans for technicians.  

What are we looking for?

• Degree in Engineering. 

• 5+ year’s experience of engineering/ maintenance roles in high-volume/highly automated environment.

• Supervisory experience required.

• Knowledge within Pharma/Medical Device industry required.

• Extensive hands-on experience of preventive/ reactive maintenance, technician supervision/ interaction and high-speed automation.

• Knowledge of automatic measurement and reporting of OEE.
