Matrix Recruitment are seeking to recruit a- Maintenance Scheduler for our clients manufacturing facility, based in the Cork region- East Cork.

As the Maintenance Scheduler you will optimize resources, reduce downtime, and contribute to Site KPIs as the key link between maintenance and operations.

Your new job
Key duties & responsibilities:

• Develop and adjust preventative maintenance plans aligned with organizational goals and KPIs.

• Coordinate planned downtimes for enhanced equipment reliability.

• Maintain and update the CMMS System, providing expertise and training.

• Facilitate scheduling meetings between Maintenance and Operations.

• Deliver and track Department KPIs, ensuring Job Plan Accuracy and Schedule Adherence.

• Develop Lean Systems using continuous improvement tools.

What are we looking for?

• Engineering/Related Field qualification or equivalent.

• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

• Proven problem-solving, analytical abilities, and commitment to safety.

• Experience in process improvement, validation, and regulatory standards.
