Our Cavan-based client is seeking a Maintenance Manager to join their team.
This position is reporting to the Factory/Plant Manager and will be responsible for all Maintenance activities, additionally having a team of Mechanical/Electrical Technicians reporting into the Maintenance Manager.
Please note that this is a full time Permanent position on a Monday to Friday daytime basis.

Duties and responsibilities
- Ensuring machinery and systems are running efficiently
- Maintain PPM schedule
- Oversee and resolve breakdowns Mechanical, Electrical, Pneumatic and Refrigeration issues
- Ensure regulatory requirements
- Management, leading and development of Maintenance team
- Involved in Maintenance budgets, stock controls, spare parts, external contractors
- Involvement in Capital projects, machinery upgrades
What we need from you
- Mechanical, Electrical or Industrial Engineering background
- Maintenance management in food/meat processing industry
- Experience leading a Maintenance Team
- IT skills
