What you need to know

We are looking to recruit a Lab Clerical Officer (Data Entry) for our client in the Healthcare Sector in Naas, Co. Kildare

This job is a rolling month to month contract position!!

This role is 35 hours per week 5/7 days

8.00am-4.00pm
9.00am-5.00pm
10.00am -6.00pm
8.00-12.00 Saturday and Sunday – You will be required to work either a Saturday OR Sunday x2 times per month

**YOU MUST HAVE DATA ENTRY EXPERIENCE AND EXPERIENCE IN NUMERICAL FILING**

Your New Job

Data entry
Filing in numerical order
Cross-check patient details
Add and give out specimen results to patients/external clinics & GP’s and log on files on the laboratory computer system.
Sort the internal and external post for the laboratory and post specimen results.
Compiling and sending statistics reports to hospital management.
Mentor new members of staff on SOP's and using the Laboratory computer system
Clerical/admin duties as required by management

What are we looking for?

MUST HAVE DATA ENTRY EXPERIENCE - ESSENTIAL
MUST HAVE NUMERICAL FILING EXPERIENCE – ESSENTIAL
MUST HAVE A LEVEL OF HIGH ACCURACY
Excellent typing skills
Strong IT/computer skills and strong knowledge of MS Office applications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Multitasking and strong organisational skills
Ability to work on own initiative in a fast-paced environment
