I am working on a new exciting opportunity with a well-established Insurance company based in Mullingar, Co. Westmeath

You will work as a Team Lead

You will be responsible for leading and mentoring your team in providing excellent customer service and ensuring targets/KPI’s are met

This is a permanent job with company benefits and will include hybrid working

Key duties & responsibilities:

• Motivate and drive your team to provide a high level of customer service

• Ensure your team delivers on KPI’s/targets

• Assess individual and team performance

• Carry out evaluations and ensure all regulatory requirements are adhered to

• Oversees and manages the day-to-day operations and workflow of the team

• Act as a point of referral for escalated queries

• You will have up to date knowledge and information of the Company’s Personal Lines product range

• Ensure company’s policies/procedures are adhered to

What are we looking for?

• 3rd level qualification and / or appropriate professional qualification and be APA, CIP qualified or Grandfathered in the area of selling personal and commercial insurance

• Proficient in MS Office packages including PowerPoint

• Customer service focused

• Target driven and results orientated

• Strong leadership and motivational skills

• Well organised and efficient

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Meet regulatory requirements as described in the Minimum Competency Code
