Key duties & responsibilities:

• Managing New Product Development: Overseeing the creation of new food products from idea to market launch.

• Coordinating Team Efforts: Ensuring all departments know their roles and responsibilities at each stage of the project.

• Engaging with Customers: Presenting projects and leading technical discussions with clients.

• Tracking Project Progress: Regularly updating the project pipeline and addressing any delays.

• Ensuring Compliance and Quality: Leading review meetings and ensuring all processes adhere to safety and quality standards.

What are we looking for?

• Degree- Food Science & Technology.

• 1-5years experience in a similar role- NPD, Product Development, Food Technologist.

• Past experience working in the meat industry

• Strong MS Excel & Word.

• Navision experience.

• Key skills: Communication, attention to detail, multi-tasker
