My client in the Public/Healthcare sector is looking to recruit a HR Clerical Officer. This role is based in Naas, Co. Kildare
*The role is a month to month rolling contract!
Key duties & responsibilities:
- Assist in the implementation of HR projects as required.
- Manage and maintain jobs boards postings
- Create job descriptions for new posts
- Ensure HR operational processes are maintained to a high standard (e.g. recruitment, payroll and data recording).
- Assist the HR & recruitment team in general administration as required by management
What are we looking for?
- Previous HR administration experience
- Office/admin/clerical experience
- Proficiency using MS Office packages i.e. Excel
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment as part of a team
