My client in the Public/Healthcare sector is looking to recruit a HR Clerical Officer. This role is based in Naas, Co. Kildare

*The role is a month to month rolling contract!

Key duties & responsibilities:
 
  • Assist in the implementation of HR projects as required.
  • Manage and maintain jobs boards postings
  • Create job descriptions for new posts
  • Ensure HR operational processes are maintained to a high standard (e.g. recruitment, payroll and data recording).
  • Assist the HR & recruitment team in general administration as required by management

What are we looking for?
 
  • Previous HR administration experience
  • Office/admin/clerical experience
  • Proficiency using MS Office packages i.e. Excel
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environment as part of a team
