What you need to know
Are you an experienced HR Administrator with a HR/CIPD Qualification?
Would you like to work for a well-established, expanding manufacturing/supplier company in Co. Roscommon?
You will provide support and guidance to the HR team and assist in employee relations and HR functions.
*Please note candidates without 3rd Level HR/CIPD qualification or HR Administration experience WILL NOT be considered for this role

Key duties & responsibilities:
Support and assist in recruitment of new hires, onboarding induction training & employee processes
Assist with employee contracts/issues/complaints
Maintain internal systems, records and reports
Analyse and report on key HR metrics
Manage and assist in new projects
Any HR duties as required by management
What are we looking for?
Experience working as a Business Development/Key Account Manager
Be driven to see new business/clients and meet sales targets
Strong interpersonal, communication and selling skills
Presentation and negotiation skills
Excellent numeric, IT and written skills
Ability to work as part of a team, collaboration and delegation
Analysis sales figures and report writing
