What you need to know
We are currently recruiting for a HR Administrator professional to join a well-established manufacturing company based in Co. Offaly. This is a fantastic opportunity for an early career HR professional to gain experience in a busy HR environment.
This is a 6-month fixed-term contract working Mon-Fri onsite.
Your new job
- As the site HR administrator, you will support the HR Manager across a range of operational activities while contributing to ongoing HR projects.
- HR Administrator Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update HR Systems (Success Factors and TMS) with accurate employee data.
- Provide administrative support for general HR tasks including issuing documentation, creating presentations, and preparing communication materials.
- Assist with time and attendance administration to support payroll preparation and salary reports.
- Act as the first point of contact for internal HR queries, escalating where appropriate.
- Support local HR projects including Employee Engagement, Wellbeing, Employer Branding, and Policy Updates.
- Assist with recruitment and onboarding activities.
- Prepare and compile HR data reports and metrics for internal use.
- Contribute to the creation of training programmes and updating company policies.
- 1–2 years of experience in a similar HR support/administration role.
- A qualification in Human Resources or Employment Law.
- Knowledge of Irish employment law.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Experience using HR systems is desirable.
