This is your chance to build a career in recruitment from the ground up. With our structured training programme and hands-on mentorship, you’ll develop the skills and confidence to become a full Recruitment Consultant within 12 months.

What You’ll Do:

• Actively identify and engage top talent across multiple platforms

• Collaborate with experienced recruiters to understand client needs

• Write engaging job ads and manage postings across job boards

• Screen candidates to assess skills, culture fit, and career goals

• Represent Matrix at career fairs client visits and networking events

• Help build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline

• Maintain CRM & format CVs

• Assist with admin & process improvements

What You Bring:

• 3rd Level Degree (any discipline)

• Great communication & people skills

• Organised, proactive & eager to learn

• Experience in C2C sales or recruitment isideal but not essential.
