General Operatives
Our client who are a long-standing manufacturer in County Westmeath are seeking General Operatives to join their team.
This is an excellent opportunity to work within a fast-paced production environment where teamwork, quality, and safety are key. You will play a vital role in ensuring products are manufactured, inspected, packed, and prepared to the highest standards.
This is a 12-month contract role.
Please note that this role will operate on a three-cycle shift pattern Monday - Friday. Alternating between the below times.
Day – 8am to 4pm
Evening – 4pm to 12 midnight
Night – 12 midnight to 8am

General Operator Duties and responsibilities
- Work as a General Operative/Tableman removing sheets from production line
- Operate, monitor, and maintain production machinery and equipment.
- Carry out quality checks, ensuring products meet required standards.
- Pack, label, and prepare finished goods for storage and shipment.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and efficient work environment while supporting team targets.
What we need from you?
- Previous operator experience in manufacturing/Food/FMCG
- Suitable for candidates with mechanics/farming/machine background
- Technically minded efficient with operating machinery
- Fork Truck Licence (desirable).
