What you need to know
Our Cavan-based client is seeking a General Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of their factory.
Ensuring there will be improved operational performance and maintaining and improving client relations.
Duties and responsibilities
Lead the Engineering/Quality, Procurement and Administration functions
Ensuring on-time delivery of Customer expectations
Build and maintain relationships with key clients
Collaborate with HR in relation to training and hiring
Work closely with sales/account management ensuring customer satisfaction
Work with finance, managing budgets and focusing on improving financial performance
Uphold Health and Safety standards within the organization.
What we need from you
Strong managements experience in Manufacturing/Engineering
Machining/Fabrication knowledge is key
Leadership skills
Performance focused
Ability to build rapport with customers
