Key duties & responsibilities:
- Timely and precise calculation and review of Net Asset Values (NAV) across a range of investment vehicles such as ETFs, mutual funds, and investment trusts.
- Execution and documentation of daily, weekly, and monthly fund accounting tasks in line with operational procedures and checklists.
- Interpretation and assessment of market data received from third-party providers (e.g., Bloomberg, Reuters) for valuation purposes.
- Monitoring internal workflows to ensure service delivery timelines and regulatory obligations are met.
- Engaging with both internal stakeholders and external clients to promptly resolve queries or escalations.
- Contributing to service excellence by supporting the processing of complex instruments including OTC derivatives (such as swaps, options, futures, CFDs).
- Assisting in period-end reporting activities and ensuring compliance with internal controls.
- Partnering with global clients to exchange information related to cash flows, reconciliation, and reporting standards.
- Taking part in continuous improvement projects aimed at enhancing efficiency and mitigating operational risks.
- Participating in team discussions, offering ideas, and supporting collaborative success.
- A third-level qualification in finance, business, or a related field is desirable.
- 1 years’ prior experience in fund accounting, financial reporting, or investment operations.
- Understanding of NAV calculations and exposure to financial instruments.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- A proactive attitude and the ability to work effectively both independently and within a team.
