My client is looking to hire a Front Office Manager for their 4 star luxury hotel based in Athlone, Co. Westmeath

Key duties & responsibilities:
Manage the operation of the front desk
Ensure positive guest experience ensuring arrivals/departures procedures are followed
Implement training of SOP’s
Head your weekly staff meetings
Liaise with reservations for room availability
Work alongside other departments including accounts, restaurant and reservations
Promote the hotel brand to staff & customers
Oversee the maintenance of administration
Recruitment & training of new employees
What are we looking for?
Previous/Current work experience as a Front Office Manager – essential
Working knowledge of Front Office Systems, preferably Opera is essential
Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service skills
Strong leadership/management skills
Ability to multitask & prioritise within a fast-paced environment
Fluent in English written & oral
