Your New Job:
The Finance Manager will oversee financial compliance and reporting, play a key role in management accounts, and assist with leading a dedicated team. The role reports into the Finance Director placing this position at the heart of financial decision-making.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Ensure adherence to accounting compliance and company standards
Prepare and review financial statements and management accounts
Conduct financial analysis to inform business strategy
Manage and mentor team members, fostering their growth and performance
Drive improvements in day-to-day accounting processes
Share financial insights and recommendations with stakeholders across the business
What Are We Looking For?:
Recognised professional accounting qualification
Minimum of 5 years’ post-qualified experience
Proven background in financial reporting and management accounting
Demonstrated people management and leadership skills
Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
Strong organisational and communication abilities
Experience working within an international group is an advantage
