The Role
The Financial Accountant will report directly into the Head of Finance, this is an exciting opportunity for a qualified accountant to join a dynamic, highly skilled and supportive finance team with group-wide responsibilities for the UK finance function.

Key Responsibilities
Support the delivery of accurate and timely financial reporting across the UK business.
Preparation of monthly and quarterly management accounts.
Partner with the CFO and senior management to provide insights, analysis, and recommendations.
Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and performance monitoring.
Develop and enhance financial systems, controls, and processes to drive efficiency.
Assist with implementation of an ERP system across the group.
Education and Experience:
This role is ideally suited to a recently qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with 2+ years PQE. The successful candidate will demonstrate:

Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise in a fast-paced environment.
Clear, confident communication skills and the ability to engage at all levels.
Advanced IT and business application skills.
