The Role
The Financial Accountant will report directly into the Head of Finance, this is an exciting opportunity for a qualified accountant to join a dynamic, highly skilled and supportive  finance team with group-wide responsibilities for the UK finance function.  

Location : Co. Fermanagh

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the delivery of accurate and timely financial reporting across the UK business.
  • Preparation of monthly and quarterly management accounts.
  • Partner with the CFO and senior management to provide insights, analysis, and recommendations.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
  • Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and performance monitoring.
  • Develop and enhance financial systems, controls, and processes to drive efficiency.
  • Assist with implementation of an ERP system across the group.
Education and Experience:
This role is ideally suited to a recently qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with 2+ years PQE. The successful candidate will demonstrate:
  • Strong commercial awareness and business acumen.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise in a fast-paced environment.
  • Clear, confident communication skills and the ability to engage at all levels.
  • Advanced IT and business application skills.
  • Flexibility to travel and a full, clean driving licence.
