What you need to know

You will work as a Finance Manager for our client, a FMCG organization based in Kildare. You will report to the Head of Finance and be a leader of a highly qualified and experienced team which will include operations in UK and Germany.

This is a permanent role and there is an attractive salary package and benefits. WFH is available one day per week.

Your new job:

You will be responsible for the financial reporting of a number of entities, and you will play a part in the strategic side of the business.

Key duties & responsibilities:

• Manage the Finance function to include training and development.

• Present monthly financial reports for all companies.

• Liaise with managers on business performance and costs.

• Present results to Head of Finance and senior team.

• Submit budgets for senior finance and management review.

• Build up a strong knowledge of product costs and review with managers.

• Carry out project work as required.

• Manage the Treasury function.

• Manage the annual audit and prepare statutory reports.

• Train, manage and develop a small team.

What are we looking for?

• Qualified Accountant with 5-6 years PQE in manufacturing.

• Strong knowledge of financial systems would be an advantage.

• Flexible, “can do, will do” attitude.

• Strong communicator.

• Commercially aware and capable of challenging on business performance.
