You will work as a Finance Analyst for our client, an environmental operation based in Co. Kildare.

As the Finance Analyst you will work alongside the Finance team reporting into the Finance Manager. You will be responsible for the financial analysis to improve the financial performance of the operation.

​

This is a permanent job with hybrid working arrangements.

Your new job

Key duties & responsibilities:

• Preparation of weekly and monthly financial analysis.

• Analyses KPIs performance versus target and identify reasons for variances

• Prepare reports for management team meetings.

• Identify areas of potential savings with the managers.

• Investigate the financial impact of new initiatives, efficiency measure and growth strategies.

• Revenue analysis reporting on price and volumes.

• Preparation of annual budget

• Work with finance business teams in driving finance initiatives forward.

• Work on projects as directed by the finance manager and operations

What we are looking for:

• Qualified Accountant with Five years PQ experience in financial accounting in a fast-paced and growing company.

• Commercially focused.

• Ability to take ownership, be proactive and achieve desired results is key. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work in a team environment.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Proficient in MS office applications. Strong analytical skills particular Excel.
