Are you a specialist in Customer Service? Have you the ability to lead a team and build strong customer and team relationships?

If so, my client in the Transport/Logistics sector in Co. Westmeath are looking to recruit a Customer Service Supervisor for their facility.

This is a permanent job with attractive company benefits.

Your new job

Key duties & responsibilities:

  • Oversee and assess customer service staff activities

  • Monitor and investigate issues/complaints efficiently and effectively and provide solutions

  • Ensure your team comply with all performance standards, objectives and policies

  • Provide KPI/target reports for management

  • Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of new staff

  • Maintain and update training and development files

  • Work closely with the Contact Centre Manager and Supervisory team

  • Visiting customers throughout Ireland (company car provided)

What are we looking for?

  • Customer service team lead/supervisory experience

  • Strong leadership and negotiation skills

  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

  • Must be well organised with multitasking ability

  • Excellent problem-solver, enthusiastic and self-motivated.
