What you need to know

Our client a leading manufacturing company are seeking to employ a Customer Service Representative with fluent Polish.

This is a permanent job based in Co. Westmeath.

The hours of work will operate on a 5 - day week, Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5 pm.

The principal responsibility of the Customer Service Representative is to furnish crucial assistance to clients and external sales representatives about administrative tasks associated with the effective and punctual handling of all customer needs.

Your new job

Key duties & responsibilities:

  • Establishing connections with both current and potential clients.

  • Accept and process orders from customers.

  • Offer guidance and assistance with customer concerns and questions.

  • Together with the logistics division, monitor and supervise the transport timeline schedules.

  • Work with the logistics department to monitor and manage the transport timeline schedules.

  • Communicate with the technical, R&D, and colour laboratory departments on site to give the customer product information.

  • Assist the external sales team by keeping an eye on current clients and creating new business prospects.

  • Upkeep of numerous reports that are pertinent to the department.

What are we looking for?

  • Fluent in Polish and English.

  • Relevant third level degree or 2-3 years’ experience in a telesales or customer service setting, at supervisory level.

  • Internal sales experience in a manufacturing industry.

  • Accuracy and meticulousness are crucial.

  • Good written and spoken English proficiency.

  • Expert in using Microsoft Office products, especially Excel.
