What you need to know

 We are currently seeking a Customer Representative Investor Services for our global financial services client, based in Limerick (hybrid working available). The work pattern, the hours are done on a rota basis shared with everyone on the team.

This is a 6-month contract position with some potential for extension and/or permanency.

Your new job

Key duties & responsibilities:

  • Create and maintain investor accounts

  • Ensure account opening documentation is in place and liaise with the client where additional information is required

  • Ongoing maintenance of accounts including updating signed instructions and any support documents to carry out these changes

  • Day to day processing work, quality checks and assurance

  • Day to day client reporting in relation to outstanding registration requirements

  • Workflow queue management and analysis

  • Achievement of monthly KPIs

  • Compliance with regulations and attainment of client specific processing requirements

  • To work with the team, internal departments and group projects area on any allocated projects

  • Comply with the regulatory regime of the company

  • Exercise due care and diligence, and ensure that the responsibilities of the role are organised and controlled within the regulations and as per company policies

  • Observe proper standards of market, business and personal conduct, demonstrating integrity in the execution of duties

 

What are we looking for?

  • Prior operational experience in Transfer Agency or financial services experience would be an advantage

  • Understanding of Anti-Money Laundering regulations an advantage

  • Proactive in terms of identifying opportunities to make improvements and implement same

  • Customer Service experience

  • Strong Attention to detail

  • Time Management Skills

  • Knowledge of current regulatory environment
