What you need to know:
Matrix Recruitment are seeking a Credit Control Specialist for our client company based in Waterford.

This is a role with a growing company.

As the Credit Control Specialist will work with a team of credit control and finance professionals and you will be responsible for credit control duties as well as sales orders and invoicing tasks.

This is a full-time, permanent position with hybrid working options.

Salary will depend on experience and the company offer a benefits package and free parking.  

Your new job:
Key duties & responsibilities:
  • Conduct credit checks and enforce credit limits.
  • Carry out credit control activities and correspondence.
  • Perform account reconciliations.
  • Resolve customer queries, collaborating with other departments as necessary.
  • Generate invoices as required.
  • Allocate payments in line with customer remittances.
  • Ensure that key accounts are operating within agreed terms.
  • Achieve monthly cash targets.
  • Ad-hoc duties as required.

What are we looking for?
  • 1 years+ experience in a credit control role.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work on own initiative.
  • Proficiency in Excel and other MS Office applications.
  • SAP experience is an advantage.
