What you need to know
We are currently recruiting for a Clerical Officer Patient Accounts for our client, a Public Sector organisation.
This role is for a 3-month duration. The role is office based in Naas, Co. Kildare.
Key duties & responsibilities:
Responsible for the management of cash in the organisation
Taking payments over the phone and in person
The Cash lodgement 3 days a week, recording manual payments and updating spreadsheets
Allocation of payments on the IT system and updating customer accounts
Dealing with a Credit Agency re debts referred to the collection agency
Coin machine management and to ensure coins are ordered for the replenishment
Dealing with a cash management company re pay parking and account reconciliations
Issuing Invoices and post duties
What are we looking for?
Strong financial administration experience
Excellent Microsoft Office skills in particular excel
Excellent team player and multitasking skills
Cash handling experience
Experience of taking payments over the phone and in person
Public sector administration experience is desirable
Excellent time management skills, analytical skills, data entry skills and attention to detail
