What you need to know

We are currently recruiting for a Clerical Officer Patient Accounts for our client, a Public Sector organisation.

This role is for a 3-month duration. The role is office based in Naas, Co. Kildare.

Key duties & responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the management of cash in the organisation

  • Taking payments over the phone and in person

  • The Cash lodgement 3 days a week, recording manual payments and updating spreadsheets

  • Allocation of payments on the IT system and updating customer accounts

  • Dealing with a Credit Agency re debts referred to the collection agency

  • Coin machine management and to ensure coins are ordered for the replenishment

  • Dealing with a cash management company re pay parking and account reconciliations

  • Issuing Invoices and post duties

What are we looking for?

  • Strong financial administration experience

  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills in particular excel

  • Excellent team player and multitasking skills

  • Cash handling experience

  • Experience of taking payments over the phone and in person

  • Public sector administration experience is desirable

  • Excellent time management skills, analytical skills, data entry skills and attention to detail
