We are currently recruiting for a Clerical Officer for our client, a Public Sector Organisation.
This role is for a 6 month duration.
The role is office based in Co. Carlow
Key duties & responsibilities:
Administration/Clerical Officer duties
Typing of letters, data entry and logging inspections on a database
Inputting, updating and checking computer records and maintaining and updating files
Tracking replies, arranging visits and follow up visits
Point of contact for queries
Providing data for monthly returns
Providing cover from time to time for other Clerical Officer roles
What are we looking for?
Education: Administration/Office Skills Course
Excellent Microsoft Word and Excel skills
Excellent time management skills
Experience of working with the public
Excellent attention to detail and data entry skill
Excellent interpersonal skills
