Matrix Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Business Process Client Change Consultant to join a well-established investment banking organisation in Limerick.

This is a key role within a growing change and transformation function, supporting client and internal change initiatives, with a particular focus on Transfer Agency–related processes and delivery.

This is an 8-month contract position offering strong exposure to senior stakeholders, varied project work and the opportunity to help shape how change is delivered across the business.

Your new job
Key duties and responsibilities:
  • Lead the delivery of process and system enhancements across the full project lifecycle.
  • Work closely with clients and internal stakeholders to analyse, scope and document business improvements.
  • Own project planning and delivery, managing milestones, governance, progress tracking and formal sign-off.
  • Ensure BRDs are comprehensive, accurate and approved within agreed timelines.
  • Manage risks, issues and dependencies, escalating with proposed solutions as required.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency, reduce costs and enhance client outcomes.
  • Ensure accurate documentation, well-defined requirements and timely UAT completion with supporting evidence.
  • Assess business requirements and prepare feasibility and cost-effectiveness proposals.
  • Complete SDLC documentation, testing and support implementation and rollout.

What are we looking for?
  • Proven experience in business analysis or change delivery within a Transfer Agency or funds environment.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at senior level.
  • Experience working with Agile and/or Waterfall delivery methodologies.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong working knowledge of MS Office tools, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project and SharePoint.
