Your new job
Key responsibilities will include:
- Help with payroll: check timesheets, track leave, and support staff queries.
- Submit Revenue and pension documentation accurately and on time.
- Process supplier invoices and assist with accounts payable tasks.
- Monitor incoming payments and manage direct debit runs.
- Reconcile customer and supplier accounts each month.
- Create reports to support management and track key performance indicators.
- Assist with sales reporting and data analysis.
- Take part in special finance projects as needed.
- Experience in an accounts or finance support role.
- Payroll experience is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
- Good organisational skills and ability to manage tasks independently.
- Clear communication skills and a collaborative approach.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Familiarity with accounting software or integrated finance systems.
