You’ll lead your team, improve processes, and ensure orders are delivered accurately and on time. You will oversee transport planning, delivery performance, and cost control.

Your new job
Key duties & responsibilities:
- Manage the day to day warehouse & logistics operations (goods in/out, picking, packing, dispatch).
- Oversee transport planning and delivery performance.
- Manage stock control processes.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency
- Monitor and optimise key performance indicators, including accuracy, productivity and delivery timelines.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Service, and Finance teams.
- Maintain and enhance warehouse and ERP systems
- Lead, mentor, and develop team members.
- Plan and coordinate staffing levels, workloads, and day-to-day operational activities.
- 3+ years’ experience in a warehouse/logistics management role.
- Experience managing & leading a team.
- Proven ability to improve processes and drive efficiency.
- Experience implementing or improving ERP/inventory systems – preferable.
- Commercial awareness and cost control experience – preferable.
- Good systems/IT awareness (MS Office, ERP/inventory systems).
- Strong problem-solving and organisational skills
