We are currently recruiting for a Technician role for our Public Sector client.

This is a temporary 3 months full-time role and is based in Co. Carlow.
                                                  
Key duties & responsibilities:
 

• Produce drawings using CAD, Graphics and Revit

• Conduct site surveys and site inspections

• Ensure compliance with all legislation/regulations

• Prepare contracts for the tendering process

What are we looking for?
 

• Hold the N.C.E.A./H.E.T.A.C. National Certificate Final Examination         

in Civil Engineering, or
Geo-surveying, or
Construction Studies, or
Construction Studies in Building Maintenance, or
Construction Studies in Architectural Graphics
OR                  
Hold an equivalent qualification
 

• At least 3 years relevant experience after gaining the aforementioned qualification

• Engineering, project management and budgeting skills

• Excellent knowledge of legislation/regulations including Health & Safety, Planning & Procurement

• Excellentinterpersonalandcommunication skills

• Ability to multi-task and manage projects by adhering to strict deadlines

• Experience of managing employees
