Matrix Recruitment is working with our client to hire a Stores Assistant to join their team in Co. Fermanagh.

As Stores Assistant, you will be responsible for maintaining and reviewing all stock in the stores on a regular basis. You will report directly to the Stores Manager.

This is a good opportunity for a person with administration experience to join a successful and growing team in a fast-paced environment. Our client is offering a competitive salary and additional benefits. This is a Monday-Friday role.

 This is a permanent position with an immediate start.

Your new job

Responsibilities:

• Maintain and review all stock in stores.

• Carrying out regular stock takes and recording results efficiently and accurately in a timely manner.

• Liaise with other departments where required.

• Carry out all other duties as assigned by the stores manager.

• Responsible for regular Health & Safety checks of the stores and ensuring all Health & safety standards are maintained and adhered to.

What are we looking for?

• Previous experience working in administration is essential.

• Previous experience operating a forklift is desirable.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

• Knowledge of Health & Safety in the workplace is desirable.

• Ability to work well under pressure and good communication skills.

• A keen eye for detail ability to work off own initiative.
