What you need to know
My client, in the Public/Construction sector is looking to recruit a Site Administrator for their site in Athlone, Co. Westmeath
This is a full-time role Mon-Fri 8:30am-4:30pm
This is a 6 month contract job initially
Your new job
Key duties & responsibilities:
Maintaining land registry documentation
Liaise with subcontractors re insurance/H&S/staff inductions & training.
Work with Safety Officer on site training records and management of Safety Data sheets from suppliers.
Monitor expenditure on purchase orders
Collate tendering applications from suppliers
Waste management monitoring/administration
Distribute drawings to Contractors/Engineers
Taking minutes of meetings
Typing of weekly time cards and distribution
Manage and update PPE register
Monitor emails/phone
What are we looking for?
At least 2 years administration/Site Clerk/Document Controller experience in the Construction industry – essential
Health & Safety admin experience – preferred
Proven track record working with cross-functional teams internally/externally.
Strong IT/Computer skills
Proficiency in MS Office applications i.e. Excel & Word
Ability to work as part of a team.
Strong communication/interpersonal skills dealing with suppliers/contractors
Fluent in English written/oral
