What you need to know
We are currently seeking a Senior Transfer Agency Analyst for our client, a global company in the financial services industry, based in Dublin.

In this position, you will report to the Team Leader and will work within the Transfer Agency department providing a high-quality service to a range of clients.
This role will suit you if you have previous transfer agency experience or a mix of financial services and customer services experience.

This is a contract position until the 28th of June with a possibility of extension, permanency or other opportunities with the company.

Hybrid working model offered with 3 days per week in the office. The standard working hours are 9am – 5.15pm.

Your new job
Key duties and responsibilities:
  • Respond to client and investor queries in a timely manner. 
  • Collaborate with other members of the dealing team to meet reporting deadlines and Service Level Agreements.
  • Day-to-day client reporting including prediction reports, cash reports, register reports amongst others.
  • Management and analysis of the workflow queue.
  • Responsible for assigned clients, taking ownership of TA Dealing team activity for these clients.  
  • Act as an escalation point for unresolved issues for the offshore TA Dealing team.
  • Day-to-day oversight of processing quality and timeliness of the offshore team. 
  • Ensure all deliverables are sent within the agreed timeframes.  
  • Ensure that the relevant procedures and checklists are kept up to date.
  • Completion of data protection checks and ensuring all external communication is issued in line with TA policies. 
  • Maintain a close working relationship with other TA functional areas, such as New Business, Investor Services Centre, Registration, Finance, and other internal areas. 
  • Participate in relevant tasks with the team, internal departments and, on group projects area on any allocated projects. 
  • Comply with regulations and internal company policies.  

What are we looking for?
  • Transfer Agency/Financial Services experience is desirable. 
  • Knowledge of Fund Administration and the regulatory environment is desirable. 
  • Previous client-facing experience. 
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Accuracy and attention to detail. 
  • Excellent communication skills. 
  • Excellent planning and organisation skills.  
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.  
  • Ability to review and resolve complex queries. 
  • A good understanding of effective risk management.
