What you need to know

Have you experience working as a Sales Administrator?

If so, my client in the manufacturing sector, is looking to recruit a Sales Administrator their facility in Dublin 10.

You will be responsible for liaising with customer/suppliers, tracking orders and maintaining the customer database, monthly reporting and product forecasting analysis.

This is a permanent job and you will be reporting into the Head of sales.

Your new job

Key duties & responsibilities:

  • Manage the sales administration, focusing on promotions and pricing.

  • Provide analysis/reporting on product forecasting.

  • Update and maintain customer/supplier sales system.

  • Get customer sign off on specs and drawings when necessary.

  • Prepare presentations & customer proposals for meetings using MS Office PowerPoint.

  • Provide monthly sales reports.

  • Provide office/sales support to the sales team as required

  • Build and maintain customer/supplier relationships.

 

 

What are we looking for?

  • At least 2 years experience working as a Sales Administrator

  • MUST be highly proficient using MS Office to include PowerPoint & Excel

  • MUST be competent in compiling spreadsheets (Excel) & reports.

  • PROVEN track record in dealing/liaising with new/existing suppliers.

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Experience in reporting and providing forecasting analysis.

  • Excellent customer focus

  • Ability to be a strong team player and work well with others.

  • Excellent written/verbal communication skills

  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
