What you need to know
Have you experience working as a Sales Administrator?
If so, my client in the manufacturing sector, is looking to recruit a Sales Administrator their facility in Dublin 10.
You will be responsible for liaising with customer/suppliers, tracking orders and maintaining the customer database, monthly reporting and product forecasting analysis.
This is a permanent job and you will be reporting into the Head of sales.

Your new job
Key duties & responsibilities:
Manage the sales administration, focusing on promotions and pricing.
Provide analysis/reporting on product forecasting.
Update and maintain customer/supplier sales system.
Get customer sign off on specs and drawings when necessary.
Prepare presentations & customer proposals for meetings using MS Office PowerPoint.
Provide monthly sales reports.
Provide office/sales support to the sales team as required
Build and maintain customer/supplier relationships.
What are we looking for?
At least 2 years experience working as a Sales Administrator
MUST be highly proficient using MS Office to include PowerPoint & Excel
MUST be competent in compiling spreadsheets (Excel) & reports.
PROVEN track record in dealing/liaising with new/existing suppliers.
Strong attention to detail
Experience in reporting and providing forecasting analysis.
Excellent customer focus
Ability to be a strong team player and work well with others.
Excellent written/verbal communication skills
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
