We are hiring a Recruitment/HR Administrator based in Mullingar, Co. Westmeath
*This is a 3 month contract job initially

Key duties & responsibilities:
· Assist in the recruitment/interview process and onboarding of candidates
· Candidate screening and employment checks.
· Oversee recruitment competitions
· Assist in the implementation of HR projects as required.
· Manage and maintain jobs boards postings
· Create job descriptions for new posts
· Ensure HR operational processes are maintained to a high standard (e.g. recruitment, payroll and data recording).
· Assist the HR & recruitment team in general administration as required by management
What are we looking for?
· Experience in HR or recruitment essential for this role
· 3rd level qualification in HR
· CIPD qualification – advantageous
· Strong problem-solving and decision making
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to work in own initiative and be a team player
· Attention to detail imperative.
