What you need to know

You will work as a Project Manager for our client, a large engineering company based in the Midlands.

You will be an integral part of the Engineering Team and you will report to the Engineering Manager who is also responsible for Construction Projects.

Salary and benefits package are competitive and there will be further opportunities.

This role is permanent, but there is an option to work on contract and these contracts would be for the duration of the projects.

Consultants will also be considered.

Your New Job

You will provide project, civil engineering and construction services to the Industry Sector and deliver on assigned projects.

Key duties & responsibilities:

• Manage large scale projects in the Renewable Energy sector, this will include purchasing, financing, construction and commissioning through to full operational facilities

• Deliver on projects including those that are carried out or Joint Ventures

• Ensure all projects completed are in compliance with regulatory requirements

• Manage, monitor, and report on technical, commercial, contract and other aspects of projects

• Prepare actions plans to mitigate and manage any risks that arise

What are we looking for?

• Range of experience from 4 years to 10+ years

• Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering

• Strong mechanical, electrical engineering experience

• Good knowledge of Auto-Cad

• Strong focus on Health and Safety

• Excellent communicator and interpersonal skills
