What You Need To Know

I am Recruiting for a Production Operative for our client based in Co. Offaly. This company is globally recognised in medical device manufacturing. Additionally, always focusing on being innovative in the development of their products. This company is growing continually at an unprecedented rate, and they are looking for an individual that is willing to step into the field of Medical Device Manufacturing and develop alongside the growth rate of the company.

As a Production Operative your duties revolve around assembling and packing medical device products for dispatch.

This is a Temporary full-time role. The role is on a 6-month contract. Working hours are 8-4:45 Monday to Thursday with a 3PM finish on a Friday.

Your New Job

Key duties & responsibilities:

  • Involved in the assembly and packing of sensitive medical equipment for dispatch and complete the relevant paperwork associated with the dispatch

  • Ensure device history records are completed

  • Involved in the building of instructions and test specifications

  • Efficiency in line preparation of kitting stations and line clearance post work order

  • Meticulous approach in ensuring that the work area is safe from any health and safety hazards

  • Work alongside Engineering with any trouble shooting/problem solving

  • Adhere to all Standard Operating Procedures and always maintain Good Manufacturing Practice

What are we looking for?

  • Leaving Certificate Completed

  • Proficient IT Skills

  • Experience in a production/warehouse environment would be a major advantage

  • Possess strong attention to detail

  • Ability to work well in a team and in a target driven environment
