Matrix Recruitment is seeking to recruit a Process & Maintenance Engineer for our client, based in Kildare area.

Key duties & responsibilities:

• Improve & maintain site standards for maintenance, processes, and engineering, ensuring we meet local technical standards.

• Handle various on-site tasks like offering technical support, managing repairs and upgrades, inspecting the plant, and keeping records up to date.

• Stay connected with suppliers for equipment and spare parts, managing quotes and contracts.

• Assist the production team in figuring out why some products fail or are of low quality.

• Use your analytical skills to track technical & financial aspects of projects.

• On-the-job training in Europe when you start.

What are we looking for?

• A degree in Mechanical or Process Engineering.

• Experience with manufacturing processes and managing complex projects.

• 2-4 years in a leading maintenance or engineering role.

• Flexibility, time management, good communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and SAP.

• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
