Matrix Recruitment is currently recruiting for an Personal Lines Scheme Product Lead Executive for our client, a fast-growing insurance broker, based in Wexford.
In this position, you will get the opportunity to help grow a unique marketing leading scheme to nurture and grow business with a high-value client. This role will work closely with an expert management team to deliver a personal lines product in conjunction with an internationally recognized consumer brand.
This is an exciting new position where you can gain unique exposure in an exciting space within the industry.
A hybrid working model is available of 3 days working in the office and 2 days from home. The position would require working on Saturday mornings (may be from home) and offer some flexibility on hours from Monday – Friday.

Your new job:
Key duties & responsibilities:
- Assisting Senior Management Team with Product Launc
- Providing service to International Brand Team on Product Launch
- Building a strong relationship with a high-value clien
- Ensuring consistent client service delivery
- Policy Advisory
- Liaising with insurers on queries as required
- Scheme Team Lead for Scheme Staff if required
What are we looking for?
- CIP Qualified
- High proficiency within a strong personal line’s insurance customer service environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience working positively as part of a team, supporting and motivating others in order to achieve team objectives within a fast-growing company
- Ability to work on own initiative
- Strong relationship-building skills
- Aptitude to make real-time decisions based upon changing information
- Problem-solving abilities
