In this role you will work with a small team where your contribution counts towards the company. There will be training for the position.
This is a permanent position. Salary will depend on experience and commission / bonus will apply also.

Your new job
Key duties & responsibilities:
- Work across new and existing business
- Providing a strong customer service
- Dealing with client queries and providing policy details
- Dealing with mid-term policy adjustments and claims
- Selling and issuing renewals to existing clients
- Retention of existing clients and cross selling additional personal lines policies
- Providing new business quotations and transacting new policies
- Ensure regulatory compliance across all duties
What are we looking for?
- Preferably hold a 3rd level business qualification or similar
- APA or interest in studying towards same
- Previous experience in sales or customer service
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills and team player
- Adaptable and enjoy expanding knowledge
