What you need to know

My client is looking to recruit a Personal Assistant who will provide administration assistance to the CEO, CFO, and Operations Director.

This will be a busy, fast-paced role in the food manufacturing sector based in Co. Offaly.

This is a permanent job.

Your new job

Key duties & responsibilities:

  • Organise travel schedule: Hotels, flights, parking, and visa applications for the group

  • Provide administrative support to Sales Executives and HR Dept

  • Prepare highly confidential monthly board reports as well as presentation packs for in house training, customer visits and exhibitions

  • Manage all customer visits; plan and coordinate all catering and meeting requirements on and offsite for customers

  • Schedule internal and external meetings and manage logistics

  • Liaise with external vendors international exhibitions and coordinate

  • Meet daily with Management team and take minutes on call-Follow up on action items as needed

  • Process PPS applications for new employees, and assist employees with setting up Revenue and Bank Accounts

  • Distribute invoices/expenses and maintain files

  • Review company phone bills, invoicing, leases, receipts, invoicing statements,

  • Assist in employee queries and administration

  • Other ad-hoc duties as required by Directors

What are we looking for?

  • 3rd Level qualification in business or related discipline

  • Minimum 2-3 years experience as a PA in a similar role

  • Strong office administration experience

  • Great attention to detail and results driven approach

  • Strong interpersonal & communication skills

  • Ability to multitask and manage various tasks

  • Fluent in written and oral English.
