Accounts Executive / Technician:

 

Part time – 3 full days per week

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Sales Ledger – posting of customer payments to ledgers, reconciliation of credit card receipts, weekly lodgements and journals for same
  • Purchase Ledger – Goods Receiving reconciliations, Entry of purchase invoices including foreign exchange calculations, Account reconciliation, supplier payments and posting to ledgers
  • Vat Reconciliation
  • Customs Clearance paperwork and reconciliations.
  • Nominal Accounts Reconciliation
  • Stock Control/Taking
  • Monthly Intrastat and quarterly VIES Returns
  • Payroll and calculation of staff weekly wages
  • Kelio – Time management system – analysis of job performance, general maintenance and upkeep of data
  • Analysis of Sales Invoices – performance KPIs data capture
  • Other data analysis and reporting as required
  • General Office Administration
