Accounts Executive / Technician:
Part time – 3 full days per week
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Sales Ledger – posting of customer payments to ledgers, reconciliation of credit card receipts, weekly lodgements and journals for same
- Purchase Ledger – Goods Receiving reconciliations, Entry of purchase invoices including foreign exchange calculations, Account reconciliation, supplier payments and posting to ledgers
- Vat Reconciliation
- Customs Clearance paperwork and reconciliations.
- Nominal Accounts Reconciliation
- Stock Control/Taking
- Monthly Intrastat and quarterly VIES Returns
- Payroll and calculation of staff weekly wages
- Kelio – Time management system – analysis of job performance, general maintenance and upkeep of data
- Analysis of Sales Invoices – performance KPIs data capture
- Other data analysis and reporting as required
