My client in the manufacturing industry is looking to hire a Materials Handler to join their site in Co. Longford.
This is a 4 SHIFT CYCLE JOB
As the Materials Handler, you will be responsible for the safe movement of materials across the warehouse. You will support the production team and report on material data by updating & maintaining the system.

- Day shift - €15.27 per hour
- Night shift = €16.38 per hour
- 4 shift cycle

As the Materials Handler, you will be responsible for the safe movement of materials across the warehouse. You will support the production team and report on material data by updating & maintaining the system.
Key duties & responsibilities:
- Movement of goods/material across the facility
- Liaise with production and inhouse teams
- Maintain high safety standards in accordance with cGMP policies by supporting compliance to ISO 13485 & ISO 14001.
- Implement procedures from receipt of goods/materials, packing & movement to designated areas
- Monitor & maintain materials system & inventory management
- Experience operating a forklift
- Materials Handler experience within manufacturing sector – essential
- Understanding of IQMS requirements
- Valid forklift license & forklift operation experience
- Computer literate with proficiency in office applications & IT skills
- Identify and report on safety issues
- Excellent communication skills & ability to work in team environment
