Matrix Recruitment are seeking to recruit –  Maintenance Electrician for my client, based inthe Kildare region.

Permanent /4 cycle shift pattern

Your new job
Key duties & responsibilities:

• Supporting manufacturing operations to meet safety, quality, & production targets 24/7.

• Leading the resolution of breakdowns during off shifts, focusing on root cause identification & preventive actions.

• Troubleshooting control systems, robotics, vision systems, and power circuits.

• Implementing systematic approaches to eliminate losses and enhance team capabilities.

• Assisting in cost reduction initiatives.

• Leading scheduled maintenance during day shifts.

• Supporting the introduction of new products & equipment.

What are we looking for?

• Completed FAS/SOLAS electrical apprenticeship or equivalent.

• 3-5 years’ experience in high-tech manufacturing.

• Advantageous to have familiarity with PLC programming, robotics, and vision systems.

• Strong troubleshooting skills, root cause identification.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and technical software.
