Are you an experienced Key Account Manager / Business Development Manager?

My client, in the food sector is looking for a candidate to manage key clients and be the face of the company to grow and improve new and existing business in Ireland and overseas. You will oversee the sales and development and promotion of the brand

Your new job

Key duties & responsibilities:

  • Identify and target new customers

  • Manage and grow existing customer base

  • Research to identify new markets and customer needs

  • Generate leads

  • Data analysis, margins, budgets & LTA’s

  • Plan sales campaigns

  • Negotiate pricing and costs

  • Make sales projections and forecast revenue

  • Liaise with internal teams

  • Attend exhibitions overseas (2-3 times per year)

What are we looking for?

  • Experience working as a Business Development/Key Account Manager

  • Be driven to see new business/clients and meet sales targets

  • Strong interpersonal, communication and selling skills

  • Presentation and negotiation skills

  • Excellent numeric, IT and written skills

  • Ability to work as part of a team, collaboration and delegation

  • Analysis sales figures and report writing
