Matrix Recruitment are seeking to recruit – Junior Engineer- Mechanical/Process for our client, based in the Kildare Region


Your new job
Key duties & responsibilities:

• Responsible for making sure that things run smoothly in a manufacturing environment.

• Focus on improving the way things are done to make the process more efficient, reduce costs, and maintain quality and safety standards.

• Analyzing data to find areas for improvement.

• Working with technology vendors to find better solutions.

• Leading validation processes,

• Collaborating with operations teams.

What are we looking for?

• Technical qualification – BSc. degree in engineering – Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial or Chemical Engineering desirable

• Placement experience in manufacturing - high volume environment a plus

• Self - motivated with a track record of a sense of urgency and execution

• High level of computer literacy 

• Any exposure to validations a plus

• Excellent communicator both verbal and written

• Solution oriented with experience in problem solving
