We are seeking an experienced Inventory & Warehouse Manager to join a leading manufacturing company based in Cavan. This is a key role within the supply chain function, offering the opportunity to lead a warehouse team, manage stock levels, and drive operational excellence. The successful candidate will have a strong background in inventory management, warehouse operations, and ERP/WMS systems.
As Inventory & Warehouse Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Leading and developing the warehouse team to ensure high performance.
- Implementing and monitoring warehouse processes and inventory control procedures.
- Maintaining optimal inventory levels to support customer and production requirements.
- Driving inventory accuracy through audits, cycle counts, and ERP updates.
- Streamlining warehouse operations to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Managing stock control systems (ERP/WMS) and overseeing Kanban and reorder points.
- Coordinating supplier deliveries, logistics, and internal stakeholders.
- Reducing waste and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
- Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related discipline.
- 2–5 years’ experience in inventory management and warehouse leadership.
- Strong working knowledge of ERP/WMS systems (SAP experience an advantage).
- Advanced Excel and data analysis skills.
- Experience implementing lean, JIT, or continuous improvement practices.
- Proven ability to lead teams, manage stock, and deliver operational improvements.
- Excellent organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
