We are currently seeking a HR Specialist for our client based in Maynooth, Co. Kildare.

This is a 2-year fixed term contract.

Reposting to the HR Manager, this role is a vital part of the HR team supporting a number of prestigious project initiatives.

Your new job

Key duties & responsibilities:

  • Implementing, maintaining and continuous improvement of HRIS (Workday, Ciphr and Kronos) and providing HRIS to HR and managers in a timely manner.

  • Inputting and maintain HR data in line with legislation and TEL policies.

  • Support the HR Manager in tracking, executing and managing the company visa requirements, Undertaking the role of gatekeeper for all visa related data.

  • Provide continuous follow-up and execution of all visa documentation.

  • Supporting the full life cycle of employees: recruitment, on-boarding, employee data transfer, payroll, off-boarding or letters, remuneration and benefits.

  • Support, coordinate and supervise external payroll provider, including processing of data and execution or all payroll reporting tasks for both salaried and hourly paid staff.

  • Establishing processes to avoid payroll discrepancies while implementing a process of continuous improvement in the function.

  • Acting as a reliable point of contact for HR inquiries.

  • Support in the organisation of training.

What are we looking for?

  • 3rd Level Degree in HR or related discipline.

  • Fluency in Polish highly desirable but not essential.

  • Knowledge in MS Office package with Intermediate Excel.

  • HR Systems experience (workday).

  • Proven ability to work collaboratively.

  • Highly organised and efficient.

  • Delivery focused.

  • Strong numeric ability and analysis skills.
