We are currently seeking a HR Specialist for our client based in Maynooth, Co. Kildare.
This is a 2-year fixed term contract.
Reposting to the HR Manager, this role is a vital part of the HR team supporting a number of prestigious project initiatives.

Your new job
Key duties & responsibilities:
Implementing, maintaining and continuous improvement of HRIS (Workday, Ciphr and Kronos) and providing HRIS to HR and managers in a timely manner.
Inputting and maintain HR data in line with legislation and TEL policies.
Support the HR Manager in tracking, executing and managing the company visa requirements, Undertaking the role of gatekeeper for all visa related data.
Provide continuous follow-up and execution of all visa documentation.
Supporting the full life cycle of employees: recruitment, on-boarding, employee data transfer, payroll, off-boarding or letters, remuneration and benefits.
Support, coordinate and supervise external payroll provider, including processing of data and execution or all payroll reporting tasks for both salaried and hourly paid staff.
Establishing processes to avoid payroll discrepancies while implementing a process of continuous improvement in the function.
Acting as a reliable point of contact for HR inquiries.
Support in the organisation of training.
What are we looking for?
3rd Level Degree in HR or related discipline.
Fluency in Polish highly desirable but not essential.
Knowledge in MS Office package with Intermediate Excel.
HR Systems experience (workday).
Proven ability to work collaboratively.
Highly organised and efficient.
Strong numeric ability and analysis skills.
