We are hiring a Recruitment/HR Administrator. This role is with the public/healthcare sector located in Dublin 8.
Are you available to start on Monday 5th January?
This will be an ongoing contract job with an opportunity for a permanent post!
This role is full time onsite Mon-Fri 35 hours per week

Key duties & responsibilities:
- Assist in the recruitment/interview process and onboarding of candidates
- Candidate screening and employment checks.
- Data entry
- Manage and maintain jobs boards postings
- Create job descriptions for new posts
- Assist the HR & recruitment team in general administration as required by management
- Experience in recruitment.
- Public Sector experience – advantageous
- Strong IT/computer skills – proficiency in MS Office applications
- Strong problem-solving and decision making
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in own initiative and be a team player
- Attention to detail imperative.
