What you need to know

I am working closely with my client who is looking to recruit a HR Officer for their site in Tullamore, Co. Offaly

This is a permanent job with hybrid working and company benefits


Key duties & responsibilities:
  • Manage employee disciplinaries & grievances investigations
  • Oversee recruitment, interviews, Induction & onboarding of new employees
  • Performance management
  • HR metrics and reporting
  • Conduct HR audits
  • Assist in staff training processes
  • Assist in implementing HR programmes & employee wellbeing, communications & projects
  • Full clean Irish Driving License – travel required for interviews/meetings
What are we looking for?
  • 3rd level Qualification in HR
  • CIPD qualified or working towards
  • At least 3 years experience working as a HR Officer
  • Must have knowledge of Irish Labour Laws - essential
  • Experience with HR systems i.e. performance management
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office packages & IT systems
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environment
  • FULL CLEAN IRISH DRIVING LICENSE & own transport - ESSENTIAL
