Our healthcare client based in the Westmeath are looking to recruit a HR Coordinator.
They are a dynamic, growing, and exciting operating in the medical device field. This diverse and inclusive global company.
They are now keen to hire a HR Coordinator who will join a large HR team and be part of operations.
This will suit an experienced HR Officer with at least 2-3 years' experience. If you are looking to progress into a HR Generalist, then this job will offer you this opportunity.
This is a 1-year fixed term contract.
Your new job
Key duties & responsibilities:
Onboarding and Induction of new starters
Updating HR system
HR administration in relation to employee records & employee correspondence
Responding to HR related queries and requests
Support HR projects
Support training and development activities
HR analytics – reporting on a weekly and monthly basis.
Providing support to managers, including guidance in relation to HR policies and procedures
What are we looking for?
Degree qualified with HR qualification highly desirable.
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar fast paced role, preferably within multinational environment.
Excellent administrative, organisational and time management skills.
Excellent attention to detail, ability to multitask and prioritise work.
Strong knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite and HR systems.
Exceptional communication skills (verbal and written) and the ability to build a rapport with people.
