What you need to know
We are currently seeking an HR and Recruitment Coordinator for our client, in the financial services industry, based in Limerick.

The Human Resources department is responsible for a broad range of activities, including identifying and recruiting the best available talent, and partnering with managers to retain, develop and motivate our people to reach their fullest potential. In this position, you will be responsible for coordinating activities as part of the Talent Acquisition team within the HR department. The main tasks will be around issuing contracts, scheduling interviews and admin/reporting.

This is a 12-month contract with some potential for extension or permanency.
The position offers hybrid working with 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home.
 
Your new job
Key duties and responsibilities:
  • Advertising vacancies on relevant job boards.
  • Coordinating a high volume of interviews across Ireland, the UK, and other EMEA locations.
  • Maintain strong communication between candidates and agencies in relation to interview activities.
  • Ensuring timely receipt and recording of manager interview feedback for compliance purposes.
  • Updating internal recruitment systems to accurately reflect interview and candidate status.
  • Preparing employment contracts per the company process.
  • Issuing employment contracts, offer packs, and meticulously tracking hiring procedures up to the start date.
  • Providing support to recruiters for the induction and onboarding of new hires.
  • Managing invoicing for all recruitment agency invoices and other related expenses.
  • Sourcing CVs through internal and external databases, including phone-screening junior candidates when required.
  • Ensuring completion of pre-employment checks for all new hires.
  • Organizing, recording, and scanning recruitment-related invoices to ensure timely payment.
  • Coordinating Internship programs throughout the organization.
  • Filing employment contracts and related documentation.

What are we looking for?
  • Experience in a dynamic administrative role.
  • Experience using an HR/Recruitment system either in-house or within an agency.
  • Excellent attention to detail is essential.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and maintain oversight of tasks in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
  • Client-focused approach with exceptional communication skills for both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Professionalism in verbal and written communication with candidates and stakeholders.
  • Excellent analytical, administration, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to identify potential risks and escalate as appropriate.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, with a particular emphasis on Excel and Word.
  • A strong team player with flexibility to adapt to changing priorities within the Talent Acquisition team.
